Fantasy Baseball Weekly Notes (September 12-18)

The NFL may be back, but the Fantasy Baseball playoffs are here and there is no way we are slowing down now. Here are a few players that I will be targeting on the waiver wire this week who are currently available in most leagues and some other notes that I find useful:

- The Cincinnati Reds may be one of the worst teams in baseball, but fantasy owners will have a massive advantage rostering their hitters as they are scheduled to play a league-high 9 games this week. We like Kyle Farmer (SS/3B, 30% owned ) and Jake Fraley (OF, 19% owned). Fraley has been seeing time as the Reds' cleanup hitter.

- 5 other teams are scheduled to play 8 games this week, most notably the Miami Marlins who have favorable matchups against the Philadelphia Phillies and Washington Nationals. If you follow our Sorare content, you know we love Jon Berti (2B/3B/OF, 50% owned).

- Playing "only" 7 games this week is the Houston Astros, who have also very favorable matchups against the Detroit Tigers and Oakland Athletics. Most of the top Astros are owned, but we will also target Yuli Gurriel (1B, 45% owned) and Jeremy Pena (SS, 50% owned).
