Each week, we will break down the DFS main slate for the weekend on both DraftKings and FanDuel. Let’s get right to it:
Quarterback:
Kyler Murray (DK-$7,900; FD-$8,800) – Murray is our projected top scoring QB this week on both sites. He should have plenty of rushing and touchdown equity in this matchup against the Lions.
Tua Tagovailoa (DK-$5,700; FD-$7,400) – For those looking for a cheaper option, we like Tua in a great matchup against the Jets. Not only does Tua provide some salary relief this week, but he also leads our favorite cheap stack.
Runningback:
Antonio Gibson (DK-$6,000; FD-$6,900) – With all the RBs who could potentially miss out on action this week, it is tough to list them all here, but we want to highlight Gibson who has stepped into a bigger role lately. He projects to be a top 5 RB this week.
*This week is very strange with all of the injuries and covid designations. Keep an eye on inactives as we get closer to kickoff and try to play a cheap RB who gets the start.
Wide Receiver:
Cooper Kupp (DK-$9,000; FD-$9,000) – Not only does Kupp lead the league in targets, but he is on pace to be the highest scoring fantasy player ever. Kupp easily projects as the top WR this week.
DaVonte Parker (DK-$4,300; FD-$5,800) – We mentioned earlier that we really like a cheap Dolphins stack this week. With Waddle set to miss this game, Parker will be stepping into the top WR role.
Tight End:
George Kittle (DK-$7,500; FD-$7,800) – Kittle may be banged up again, but if he plays Kittle projects as our top TE on the slate.
Mike Gesicki (DK-$5,000; FD-$6,200) – Let’s keep adding to that Dolphins stack. Gesicki projects very well this week and makes plenty of sense for those opting to use Tua.
Defense/Special Teams:
Miami Dolphins (DK-$3,700; FD-$5,000) – We told you that we are high on Miami this week. New York’s Wilson looked terrible last game and it may make plenty of sense to add the Dolphins defense to our growing stack.
*With all of the injury and covid designations this week, it may be wise to find a defense that will be playing against a backup QB, like the Eagles!
