NFL DFS: Week 4

Updated: Jan 14, 2022

Each week, we will break down the DFS main slate for the weekend on both Draft Kings and FanDuel. Let’s get right to it:

Quarterback:

Josh Allen (DK-$8,000; FD-$8,400) – Allen finally turned it on last week w/ a monster performance. We probably still prefer our next pick.

Jalen Hurts (DK-$6,900; FD-$7,900) – Hurts will benefit from facing this fast-paced Chiefs team that has also shown to have one of the worst defenses in the league. His price is definitely softer on DK, but he is still viable on both sites.

Runningback:

Derrick Henry (DK-$8,800: FD-$10,200) – You won’t find a player in a better spot than Henry is in against the Jets. Definitely a highly owned chalk play, but solid for cash builds.

Najee Harris (DK-$6,800; FD-$8,200) – Harris remains a great cash game play in his workhorse role for the Steelers. Very safe play.

Wide Receiver:

Deebo Samuel (DK-$6,500; FD-$6,900) – Samuel is currently second in the league in receiving yards and is priced way too cheap for that level of production. His price is especially appealing on FD.

DJ Moore (DK-$6,600; FD-$7,300) – Moore is probably the biggest benefactor of CMC missing time. We love his price on DK this week.

Cole Beasley (DK-$5,400; FD-$5,900) – Setting aside the offseason drama, Beasley is currently 9th in the league in receiving targets and is priced well below other guys in the top 10.

Tight End:

Travis Kelce (DK-$8,100; FD-$8,200) – Kelce is hands down the best TE in football and worth paying up for on both sites in both cash and GPP formats.

Mike Gesicki (DK-$4,000; FD-$4,400) – If you insist on punting at TE, we like Gesicki with Brissett as his new QB. He saw 12 targets last week.

Defense/Special Teams:

Detroit Lions (DK-$2,200 ; FD-$4,100) – This is something nobody expected to see, but in a great matchup against the Bears and the cheap price on DK, Detroit is a decent cash game option

Miami Dolphins (DK-$3,200; FD-$4,000) – MIA have a great matchup against the Colts who have refused to throw the ball down the field all season. Wentz has only three TDs through three weeks.
