NFL DFS: Week 8

Each week, we will break down the DFS main slate for the weekend on both Draft Kings and FanDuel. Let’s get right to it:
Quarterback:
Matthew Stafford (DK-$7,600; FD-$8,200) – Priced high, but huge upside against this Houston defense. Only risk is if the Rams rest him after getting out to a huge lead.
Teddy Bridgewater (DK-$5,400; FD-$7,000) – For those looking to save some salary, Teddy will play a Washington defense that has conceded the most fantasy points to opposing QBs this season.
Runningback:
D’Andre Swift (DK-$7,100: FD-$7,900) –Swift is in a great spot against an Eagles defense that ranks 30th against the run this season.
Cordarrelle Patterson (DK-$6,200; FD-$7,300) – Patterson’s value on DK is too good to ignore. We will lock him into our cash builds.
Wide Receiver:
Cooper Kupp (DK-$9,000; FD-$9,200) – Kupp has exceeded 20 fantasy points in five of seven games so far. He is worth every dollar.
Courtland Sutton (DK-$6,400; FD-$7,100) – Sutton is way too cheap for he produces for this offense. He also makes for a great pairing with Teddy at QB.
Tight End:
Tyler Higbee (DK-$5,900; FD-$6,100) – Higbee is set to face a Texans defense that ranks 31st against TEs this season. He makes for a great addition to any Rams stack or even as a stand-alone play, should you dare to fade the rest.
Noah Fant (DK-$4,900; FD-$5,800) – Maybe you see a theme this week. We really like this Broncos offense coming up against Washington.
Defense/Special Teams:
Cincinnati Bengals (DK-$3,600; FD-$4,900) – Jets’ QB Mike White is bad. It is as simple as that.
Indianapolis Colts (DK-$2,600; FD-$3,800) – For those looking to completely punt this position, the Colts have played exceptionally well at home this season. They will play a Titans team that likes to run the clock, not get into shootouts.
